- Payment data: Only as needed for invoicing or refunds (never stored by us; handled by secure payment processors)
- Travel info: Flight numbers/times for airport pickups, arrival/departure info
3. How We Use Your Data
We only use your data to:
- Organize and manage your motorcycle tour
- Verify identity and legal requirements (licenses, passports, insurance)
- Arrange airport pickups, accommodation, and any extras you request
- Communicate with you before, during, and after your trip
- Respond to emergencies or special requirements
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including those under Portuguese and EU law)
4. How We Store & Protect Your Data
- Secure storage: Personal data is kept on password-protected computers or secure cloud platforms (e.g. Google Drive, Google Sheets), accessible only to team members who need it to deliver your tour.
- Photos of documents: Any scans/photos of passports or licenses are used strictly for identification or insurance and deleted within 30 days after your tour, unless law requires longer retention.
- No data resale: We never sell or share your data with marketers or third parties not directly involved in providing your experience.
5. Who We Share Data With
We may share your information only when necessary, for example:
- With our guides, so they know who’s coming and any important info (e.g., allergies, emergency contact)
- With insurance or medical providers if needed for safety or legal compliance
- With Portuguese authorities if legally required
